Filipinos kids and adults love to socialize they drink in the street sing with a guitar or videoke, when we get bored we spend our time to drunk and talking about things..
Smiling all trails in our life, we don't want to feel those trails affect us and making sad or disappoint, We need person to talk about we have and drink or use music to relax while we spend time in " INUMAN SESSION".
Filipino culture is like a carnival when you see the things make you happy you don't feel depress until you forget all the bad things Hanging out (TAMBAY) with friends or new friends... No need to go to the bar to meet new people or to waste money in the bar...

Hangouts in the street and buy liquor in the "sari-sari" store it's fine...
We're not like a rich kids they afford bars at party every night...
Everyone have a freewill to choose what people they want to friends and what they want to there lives, wrong or good way...
